The PL6100 is designed to provide stable power, on demand up to 100 amps, to a vehicle electrical system to support module reprogramming. It also provides full service battery charging capability from 10 to 60 amps, to service everything from small vehicle batteries to Group 31 batteries.In power supply mode, the PRO-LOGIX PL6100 provides power to maintain vehicle electrical system voltage at a preset level, increasing its output in response to system load increases to maintain a stable power environment for successfully reprogramming. It features a voltage output range of 13.1-14.9V, adjustable in 0.1V increments. allowing the operator to dial the output in exactly as specified by the supplier of the vehicle under service. It features fast load responsiveness for ultra-quick recovery from system demand increases. It also delivers its massive power with minimal voltage ripple, providing a clean flow of power to the vehicle without risk of programming interference.In charging mode, the PL6100 utilizes advanced microprocessor-controlled logic to precisely deliver a fully automatic charging routine designed to optimally charge and maintain each battery or battery pack serviced. The PL6100 features the ability to properly charge a wide variety of lead acid battery types, including Conventional, AGM, Spiral Wound, Start-Stop, Deep Cycle and Marine batteries – for virtually any lead acid battery type installed in a vehicle, the PL6100 can deliver a proper, beneficial charge. The PL6100 adapts its charging approach based on the needs of each battery or battery pack it services. Such adaptations can include activating a soft start mode on deeply discharged batteries, a battery repair mode on older/distressed batteries and temperature compensation when charging in extreme temperatures. It also incorporates numerous features to make charging safer for the operator and the vehicle/battery being charged, including over-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, smart clamp technology and battery fault detection.

How FREE is it?
Shipping is free on orders being delivered to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. But don't worry, Tooldom can still ship to these states. Please contact us via email or telephone to inform you of the additional charges.

Please note that some items cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States. We reserve the right to cancel shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We will, of course, contact you in the event that we cannot ship one or more of your items.
We do not ship internationally.

Returns
Returns of new, unused items in their original packaging and in resalable condition are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must request an RGA for your return from our customer service department prior to your return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, the item is not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a restock fee of up to 50% depending on the condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Items that require registration to be used and have been opened or registered
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer unless it is for warranty assistance (section on Defective Items for warranty questions).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software or cassette tape
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged items
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit please report the damage to us within 7 days of your receipt. Please keep the item as a return may be necessary. Please keep the shipping box and document the damage to both the ship box and the item with photographs. Contact us at 1-800-764-9313 or use our contact form to report the damage. We will provide instructions for a return if applicable and will be able to provide you with a refund or an exchange.
Defective items
Many items are covered by manufacturer warranty. Depending on the warranty, we may be able to assist you with a return for a refund or exchange for defects reported to us within 30 days of purchase. If the defect is not reported to us until after 30 days from purchase, then you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance. If the manufacturer warranty policy is to return the item to the retailer even after 30 days from purchase then we can assist you with a return for either a replacement or a refund . Large/bulky returns
For items that are shipped to you via LTL Freight service and palletized service, those returns (if accepted according to policy) must be returned in the same manner. Please use our contact form or call us at 1-800-764-9313 for instructions.
Exchanges
If your return qualifies for an exchange, please be sure to notify us of any changes to your shipping address for the replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified regarding the return.
Shipping Returns Address
To return your product, you should contact us for mailing instructions.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Proof of delivery will be requested if we do not receive an item you shipped to us in order that we may investigate the missing item.
